Renewal of NDSR Annual Support Initial Copy Term: 08/01/26 – 07/31/27 and 1 more item

The Virginia Department of Corrections awarded contract PO05391663 to the Regents of the University of Minnesota on June 26, 2026. The contract encompasses the renewal of National Digital Stewardship Residency (NDSR) Annual Support for an initial copy term and additional copy support, both effective from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027. The cumulative contract value is $5,800.00, consisting of one renewal support unit priced at $4,400.00 and two additional copy support units at $700.00 each. Deliverables are directed to Nicole Keeney.

The contract services represent a continuation of existing NDSR support infrastructure, which provides specialized digital stewardship resources and capabilities. The University of Minnesota, as the prime contractor, will deliver these services over a one-year performance period. The structure of the award—combining renewal and supplemental copy support—indicates a tiered service model designed to meet the Department of Corrections' operational requirements for digital stewardship resources and related administrative support functions.
