James Madison University in Virginia awarded a contract to McMaster-Carr Supply Co on June 26, 2026, with a cumulative value of $300. The contract, identified as PO05391623, encompasses the supply and delivery of industrial tools and accessories, specifically screwdrivers, wrenches, liners, bits, and swabs. The primary line item, valued at $278.46, confirms an invoice for McMaster-Carr products (catalog numbers CC233464 and CC233350), with delivery directed to Dustin Smith. A secondary line item covers shipping fees in the amount of $21.70.

The contract represents a transactional procurement of maintenance and repair supplies for James Madison University's operations. The modest contract value and single-quantity line items suggest this constitutes a confirming order for materials previously invoiced, rather than a blanket purchasing agreement or standing contract. Performance of this award is based in Virginia, with fulfillment through McMaster-Carr Supply Co's standard distribution channels to the designated recipient at the university.
