1630.98 enhanced acres

The Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Conservation and Recreation, awarded contract PO05389012 to Caitlin Hollowell on June 23, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $5,192.94. The contract encompasses two distinct line items to be delivered to Pamela Capps. The first line item involves the delivery of 1,630 units at a unit price of $3.00 each, while the second line item pertains to 1,630.98 enhanced acres delivered as a single unit at a price of $300.00. The combined deliverables suggest a conservation or land management project involving both discrete units and acreage enhancement activities.

The contract documents do not specify an explicit contract period of performance, annual value breakdown, or county designation. The nature of the deliverables—particularly the reference to enhanced acres—indicates this award is consistent with the Department of Conservation and Recreation's mission-aligned activities. With a total contract value of approximately $5,193, this represents a relatively modest procurement within the state's conservation and recreation portfolio. Additional documentation would be necessary to establish the specific geographic location of performance, detailed scope of services, and timeline for contract execution.
