Virginia's Department of Health Professions awarded a contract to the Department of Transportation on June 22, 2026, with a cumulative value of $6,650.00. The contract encompasses the provision of Electronic Toll Collection (EZ Pass) Vehicle Replenishment services for a twelve-month period from July 2026 through June 2027. The primary deliverable consists of replenishment services for 19 transponders, with an estimated ten replenishment cycles scheduled throughout the contract period at $665.00 per replenishment event.

The contract specifies delivery to Todd Hopkins and is structured to ensure continuous operation of the electronic toll collection transponders during the performance period. The Department of Transportation, as the prime contractor, will manage the replenishment activities to maintain the functionality of the toll collection system across Virginia's transportation infrastructure. The line item quantities and pricing structure reflect the anticipated demand for transponder maintenance and service continuation over the one-year contract term.
