Contract PO05385390

Grand River Solutions Inc has been awarded a contract by the University of Mary Washington, located in Virginia, effective June 18, 2026. The contract encompasses the delivery of goods or services totaling $5,545.63 in cumulative value. All deliverables are designated for Amy O'Reilly as the receiving party. The contract consists of three distinct line items: the first involves a single unit priced at $4,221.55 (Invoice 0426-UM253), the second comprises a single unit valued at $1,060.00 (Invoice 0426-UMW430), and the third addresses credit card processing fees associated with both invoices totaling $264.08.

While the specific nature of the products or services delivered under invoices 0426-UM253 and 0426-UMW430 cannot be determined from the documentation provided, the contract structure and line item organization suggest procurement activity by a higher education institution. The inclusion of a separate line item for credit card fees indicates the University of Mary Washington utilized card payment methods for this transaction. No information regarding contract performance period, specific county location, or annual value is available in the contract award documentation.
