The Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services awarded a contract to Daly Computers Inc. on June 17, 2026, with a cumulative value of $9,763.23. The contract encompasses the procurement of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment for delivery to Kellie Harris. The awarded products include one APC Smart-UPS Line Interactive 1500 Volt-Ampere (VA) Lithium-ion Rack model unit priced at $2,411.23 and two APC Smart-UPS 2200 Volt-Ampere units equipped with SmartConnect ports and network cards at $3,676.00 each.

The contract represents a straightforward equipment procurement transaction for critical power infrastructure components. The specific line-item configuration and delivery recipient designation to Kellie Harris suggest these UPS systems are intended to support the department's operational continuity requirements. No performance period or service components beyond equipment delivery are evident from the available contract documentation.
