MOS Campus Site License + CertPREP Practice Tests, up to 500 User License HED (Year End Promotion)

Virginia Highlands Community College has awarded a contract to NCS Pearson Inc Certiport Business Group for the delivery of Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Campus Site License and CertPREP Practice Tests. The contract, identified as PO05383789, was awarded on June 16, 2026, with a cumulative value of $7,600.00. The deliverable consists of a single line item providing up to 500 user licenses for higher education institutions, promoted as a year-end offering, with delivery directed to Sharon Rowe at the contracting organization.

The contract represents a procurement of standardized testing and preparation materials to support MOS certification programming at the Virginia institution. NCS Pearson Inc Certiport Business Group, the prime contractor, will provide both the campus site license and associated practice test resources under this fixed-price arrangement. No separate annual value or extended performance period is specified in the contract documentation, indicating this appears to be a single-transaction purchase of licensing rights and preparatory materials.
