Laboratory services local district and 2 more items

The Virginia Department of Health awarded contract PO05383476 to LabCorp Genetics Inc on June 16, 2026, for the provision of laboratory services. The contract encompasses three distinct service line items with a cumulative contract value of $2,683.84. Services are to be delivered to Ruth Hernandez Leiva and include Laboratory Services for the Local District (unit price: $373.01), Laboratory Services Cytology (unit price: $2,239.08), and Laboratory Services for an unspecified purpose designated as "TB" (unit price: $71.75).

The award represents a task order or purchase order arrangement rather than a comprehensive blanket contract, as evidenced by the discrete line item structure and absence of stated annual or multi-year values. Each line item is specified as a single unit purchase. The contract does not specify an explicit period of performance or designated county location; however, the contracting organization's statewide jurisdiction and the reference to "Local District" services suggests performance may occur across Virginia Department of Health operational areas. LabCorp Genetics Inc, as the prime contractor, is responsible for fulfilling all enumerated laboratory service requirements under this agreement.
