Catawba Hospital, a Virginia state healthcare facility, awarded contract PO05377147 to Roanoke Fruit & Produce Co on June 10, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement of fresh produce and specialty food items valued at $493.12. The line item delivery includes a comprehensive assortment of perishable goods: cabbage, spring mix greens, peeled garlic, mint, eggs, shredded Parmesan cheese, apples, lemons, carrots, celery, parsley, onions, green onions, Idaho potatoes, standard tomatoes (5x6 grade), grape tomatoes, and sweet potatoes. The entire order constitutes a single lot to be delivered to Aurea Otero.

This contract represents a routine procurement of bulk food commodities for institutional use. The modest contract value and single-lot delivery structure suggest this award fulfills a specific operational need for Catawba Hospital's food service operations. As the awardee, Roanoke Fruit & Produce Co is responsible for delivering the specified produce assortment in accordance with the contract terms and the recipient's requirements at the designated delivery location.
