Further Development of Validation Evidence for a Universal Assessment of Thrust Joint Manipulation…

Radford University, a Virginia higher education institution, awarded a contract to Emilio Puentedura on June 9, 2026, for the further development of validation evidence related to a universal assessment of thrust joint manipulation tasks. The contract, identified as PO05376829, carries a cumulative value of $500. The deliverable consists of one unit to be delivered to Monica Rich, with a unit price of $500. The scope of work focuses on advancing the assessment methodology and validation framework for thrust joint manipulation procedures, representing a specialized research or technical services engagement within the healthcare or clinical education domain.

The contract represents a nominal-value engagement between the prime contractor and the state institution, likely serving as a research component, technical consultation, or development initiative. While specific performance locations and contract duration details are not provided in the available documentation, the engagement reflects Radford University's commitment to advancing clinical assessment standards in Virginia. The limited contract value suggests this may constitute a pilot effort, a discrete research phase, or a specialized consulting arrangement rather than a comprehensive service delivery contract.
