5 inch Wheel of Death Signature Series Cup Wheel 16 Grit (Threaded) and 1 more item

The Virginia Department of Transportation awarded contract PO05376071 to Colonial Scientific Inc. on June 9, 2026, for a cumulative contract value of $244. The contract encompasses the procurement of specialized abrasive wheel products for construction and surface preparation applications. The two line items specify a 5-inch Wheel of Death Signature Series Cup Wheel in 16 grit (threaded configuration) priced at $156.25 per unit, and a 5-inch S segment cup wheel in 30/40 grit with an 11-arbor sourced from Empire Construction Supply, priced at $88.62 per unit. Both items are to be delivered to Cynthia S. Perfater.

The contract represents a direct procurement of capital equipment or consumable abrasive materials required for the Department's maintenance or construction operations. The relatively modest contract value and limited scope indicate this is a single purchase order for specific tooling needs rather than an extended service delivery agreement. No annual value, overall contract period, or performance timeframe is specified in the available documentation. The materials are to be delivered to a named individual within the Virginia Department of Transportation's operational structure.
