Rebecca Baybayan LLC has been awarded a contract by George Mason University in Virginia with a cumulative value of $9,580.27, effective June 8, 2026. The contractor will facilitate portions of the university's Summer Leadership Retreat scheduled for June 11, 2026, designed to strengthen communication, build psychological safety, and enhance collaboration among approximately 50 organizational leaders. The services leverage the Emergenetics assessment framework combined with research-based concepts from Eric M. Bailey (Fundamental Attribution Error), Dr. Timothy R. Clarke (Psychological Safety), and communication improvement tactics to address how leaders understand and interact with one another.

The scope of services includes facilitating a 60-minute morning icebreaker session on June 11, 2026, featuring an interactive, cross-functional Emergenetics Puzzle Race designed to create immediate engagement and foster connections among leaders from separate functional areas. The puzzle-based team exercise incorporates role-specific constraints aligned with Emergenetics profiles (analytical, structural, and social thinking styles) to reinforce collaboration themes and establish a psychologically safe environment for the day's subsequent sessions. The contract also includes supplementary content addressing artificial intelligence acceleration and performance optimization to support staff efficiency initiatives.
