The Virginia Department of Transportation awarded contract PO05373635-V3 to Herc Rentals Inc on September 2, 2026, for the rental and lease of vehicles and equipment. The contract encompasses five line items totaling $1,979.17 in cumulative value, with all deliveries directed to Cristina E. Rodriguez. The equipment rental services are priced on an hourly basis, with unit rates ranging from $100 to $575 per hour across the various line items.

The contract represents a short-term equipment rental arrangement, with quantities measured in hours of equipment use rather than extended lease periods. No specific period of performance dates are provided in the contract documentation, nor is county-level geographic information available. The contract terms and pricing structure suggest this is a specialized or emergency equipment rental requirement, given the hourly rate structure and modest total contract value.
