Additional Services Variable Rate and 1 more item

The Virginia Department of General Services awarded contract PO05317997-V2 to Baskervill on August 26, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $73,440.00. The contract encompasses two primary service categories to be delivered to Patricia Patterson: additional services at a variable rate totaling 58,220 units, and document production with office renumbering services totaling 15,220 units. The contract structure indicates unit pricing of $1.00 per unit across both line items, with the variable rate services suggesting flexible scope adjustments during performance.

While specific performance timelines and county information are not detailed in the contract documentation, the award to Baskervill establishes a defined financial commitment by the Commonwealth of Virginia for administrative and document management support services. The variable rate nature of the additional services component indicates potential flexibility in service delivery volume, though the total contract value remains fixed at $73,440.00. Delivery specifications identify Patricia Patterson as the designated recipient for all services rendered under this agreement.
