Blanket purchase order represents estimated costs of mobile imaging services for DMWC 1 & 2 2026…

X Ray Medical Services was awarded a blanket purchase order (BPO) by Deerfield Correctional Center in Virginia for mobile imaging services. The contract, designated PO05234628-V2, was awarded on July 7, 2026, with a cumulative value of $15,000.00. The mobile imaging services are designated for Deerfield Medical and Wellness Center (DMWC) facilities 1 and 2, with delivery to the Medical department.

The contract represents a change order that increased the original estimated amount from $5,000.00 to $15,000.00 to cover the full contract term through November 9, 2026. The single line item is priced at $15,000.00 for one lot, with actual costs to be reconciled through a final change order at contract conclusion. This arrangement allows Deerfield Correctional Center to procure mobile imaging services on an as-needed basis while establishing a firm ceiling for the specified performance period.
