Surcharges DO NOT RESHIP UPDATING TO MATCH INVOICE and 1 more item

bioMerieux, Inc. has been awarded contract PO05184238-V2 by the Virginia Department of General Services, effective August 10, 2026. The cumulative contract value totals $43,081.19. The contract encompasses the delivery of variable products to Laura Houtkooper (Room 134-B, extension 292) with a quantity of 10 units at $4,296.65 per unit, representing the primary line item. A secondary line item addresses surcharges in the amount of $114.69, with a notation indicating the item should not be reshipped and reflects an invoice matching update.

The contract documentation does not specify an explicit performance period beyond the award date of August 10, 2026, nor does it identify a particular county or specific place of performance beyond the delivery location noted for the contracting officer representative. The line item descriptions provided do not contain sufficient detail to identify the precise nature of the products or services being procured, though the awardee's industry classification as a life sciences company suggests the deliverables may be related to laboratory or diagnostic materials. The contract represents a purchase order mechanism within Virginia's procurement system.
