Virginia awarded contract PO05175173-V4 to Sarah R Friend for dental services at River North Correctional Center (RNCC). The contract, finalized on July 27, 2026, has a cumulative value of $48,400.00 and encompasses two distinct service periods. The first period runs from November 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, during which Ms. Friend will provide 180 hours of dental services at a rate of $130 per hour. The second period extends from December 31, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with a fixed-price lot value of $25,000, covering dental services on a schedule of 20 hours per week, excluding weekends, holidays, and overtime.

All services are to be performed at the RNCC Dental facility. This direct contract establishes Ms. Friend as the sole provider for dental care services at the correctional facility across the combined performance periods, with clearly defined work hour limitations and operational constraints to ensure predictable resource allocation and service availability within the institutional setting.
