General laborers regular and 3 more items

Athena Consulting LLC was awarded contract PO05001522-V3 by the Virginia Department of Transportation on August 5, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $18,507.76. The contract encompasses general labor services to be delivered to Lois A. Woods, with primary deliverables including 954 hours of general laborers regular work priced at $19.39 per hour. The contract also includes provisions for general laborers overtime services, though specific quantities and pricing for this line item are not detailed in the available documentation.

In addition to standard labor services, the contract incorporates ancillary human resources and compliance-related services, specifically alcohol and drug testing services and background investigation services for employment purposes. These services support workforce management and regulatory compliance requirements. The modest cumulative contract value and the nature of the service deliverables suggest this award represents a specialized labor staffing or consulting engagement supporting Virginia Department of Transportation operations.
