KAPPA Super Saver LARGE PRINT Word Search Puzzle Pack - (Pack of 6) Full Size Books by Kappa Books… and 10 more items

Eastern State Hospital in Virginia awarded a contract to OneSource Marketing Inc. on October 6, 2026, with a cumulative value of $258.00. The contract calls for the delivery of word search and puzzle activity books to Building 18 Receiving, with Jennifer Campbell designated as the team contact. The procurement encompasses ten line items consisting primarily of large print word search puzzle books and related brain stimulation activity materials in various formats and quantities, including products from manufacturers such as Kappa Books Publishers, Penny Press, and Merriam-Webster. The product specifications include bulk packages ranging from 3-pack to 24-pack assortments, with formats available in both full-size (8x10) and digest-size (5x8) paperback editions.

The line items reflect a focus on cognitive activity materials suitable for seniors and aging populations, with all products featuring large print formatting for accessibility. The contract includes nine distinct product packages priced between $10.98 and $35.65 per unit, plus a shipping and handling charge of $4.19. While the contract award document does not specify an explicit performance period beyond the award date, the nature of the materials suggests procurement for institutional programming or patient engagement activities. The relatively modest contract value and discrete delivery location indicate this represents a single procurement action for inventory replenishment rather than an ongoing service engagement.
