Eastern State Hospital in Virginia awarded contract PCO05489996 to Southern Police Equipment Co Inc on October 5, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $787. The contract encompasses the procurement of shower footwear, specifically cross-strap thong-style shoes in black, unisex construction across three size categories: medium, large, and extra-large. The hospital ordered 60 units of each size variant at $3.65 per unit, for a total of 180 pairs of shower shoes.

Delivery locations include Eastern State Hospital Building 18 Receiving (with contact Gary Moore designated for the medium-sized shoes) and the warehouse facility (designated for large and extra-large sizes). The contract includes a $130 lump-sum shipping fee. The materials provided do not specify a defined period of performance beyond the award date; however, the contract structure suggests a one-time procurement of consumable footwear items for facility use.
