Brushed Silver badges employee magnetic -3 lines and 2 more items

Christopher Newport University in Virginia awarded contract PCO05485728 to Creative Engravers on September 30, 2026, with a cumulative value of $165. The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of employee identification badges and associated shipping costs. The awarded products consist of 11 brushed silver magnetic badges configured with three-line personalization at $9.75 per unit, and 6 brushed silver magnetic badges configured with two-line personalization at $8.75 per unit, along with a shipping charge of $5.50. All items are to be delivered to Danae Mims.

The contract represents a small-value purchase order for employee recognition or identification materials. Creative Engravers serves as the prime contractor responsible for badge production and delivery. No specific performance period beyond the award date of September 30, 2026, is indicated in the contract documentation. The nominal contract value and limited scope suggest this procurement addresses an immediate institutional need for branded employee badges at Christopher Newport University's Virginia location.
