The Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Corrections - Academy, awarded contract PCO05484410 to Southern Police Equipment Co Inc on September 29, 2026. The contract represents a cumulative value of $1,835.25 and encompasses the provision of police and law enforcement equipment and supplies to support the operational needs of the Department of Corrections Academy. As the prime contractor, Southern Police Equipment Co Inc is responsible for delivering the specified equipment in accordance with the contract terms and conditions established by the awarding organization.

While the specific scope of products and services, places of performance, and contract period of performance are not detailed in the available documentation, the contract award indicates a focused procurement to equip or support training and operational functions at the Department of Corrections Academy facility within Virginia. The relatively modest cumulative contract value suggests this represents either a supplemental equipment purchase or a limited-term supply agreement for specialized law enforcement and correctional equipment requirements.
