The contract's extremely low cumulative value suggests this was either a small consumables purchase, a one-time food service event, or a task order under a broader food service agreement. No specific period of performance or designated place of performance location beyond the College's Virginia operations has been identified in the contract documentation provided. Additional contract specifications, including delivery locations, performance timelines, and detailed service requirements, would typically be found in the full contract file maintained by the contracting organization.
