The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development awarded a contract to VCE-VA Correctional Enterprises–GovCE All Orders on September 28, 2026, with a cumulative value of $3,220.31. The contract encompasses the delivery of training attendee packets to the department's offices located at 600 East Main Street, Suite 300, Richmond, Virginia 23219. The prime contractor is required to supply two distinct types of training materials: sixty Local Business and Professional Services Certification Program training attendee packets at a unit price of $18.22 each, and one hundred twenty Code Officials training attendee packets at a unit price of $17.73 each.

The line items specified under this contract represent consumable training support materials to be delivered to the Richmond headquarters address. The contract obligates the prime contractor to fulfill orders totaling 180 training packets across both classifications. Given the modest contract value and the singular delivery location, this award appears to constitute a supply procurement supporting the department's training and professional development initiatives.
