The Virginia Department of Fire Programs awarded contract PCO05474440 to Snap Office Supplies LLC on September 18, 2026. The contract encompasses the supply of R-Kive File Storage Boxes, specifically designed for document retention with internal dimensions of 12 inches width by 15 inches depth by 10 inches height. The boxes support both letter and legal-sized media and feature lift-off closure mechanisms. The procurement specified a quantity of two cartons at a unit price of $111.55 per carton, with delivery to Kamisha Jackson. The total contract value is $223.

The contract represents a straightforward commodity procurement by a Virginia state agency for office storage solutions. While specific performance period and place-of-performance details are not explicitly documented in the available materials, the award date of September 18, 2026, establishes the contract execution timeline. The relatively modest cumulative value of $223 indicates this is a limited-scope supply order within the Department of Fire Programs' operational budget.
