Contract PCO05471990

The Commonwealth of Virginia, through its Department of Fire Programs, awarded a contract to VCU Performance Management Group on September 17, 2026. The contract, identified as PCO05471990, encompasses the delivery of a VCU Supervisors and Managers Bootcamp training program. The single line item contract is valued at $1,950.00 on a cumulative basis, with a unit price of $1,950.00 for one bootcamp delivery. The training program is scheduled for delivery in February 2026, with Zeina Altaha identified as the service provider contact and Kamisha Jackson designated as the recipient.

This award represents a professional development training initiative focused on supervisory and managerial competency building. The contract structure indicates a fixed-price arrangement for the delivery of a single training event rather than an ongoing service engagement. While the specific location of performance is not explicitly detailed in the contract documentation, the engagement with VCU Performance Management Group as the prime contractor suggests the training will be delivered through Virginia Commonwealth University's established performance management and organizational development capabilities.
