OtterBox dhoster belt clip for OtterBox defender series iPhone 13, black, pack of 2 and 1 more item

The Commonwealth of Virginia awarded contract PCO05468428 to Starbuck Inc. on September 14, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of forty-two dollars. The contracting organization is State Farm Correctional Center. The contract encompasses the delivery of two distinct line items to Officer Thompson at BMCC (presumably Beaumont Correctional Center or similar facility operated by the correctional center). The first line item involves freight services valued at five dollars per unit for one shipment. The second line item consists of OtterBox holster belt clips designed for OtterBox Defender Series iPhone 13 cases in black, with a unit price of eighteen dollars and fifty-five cents, with a quantity of two units ordered.

The contract represents a minimal-value procurement, typical of routine supply acquisitions within correctional facility operations. Delivery destination is designated as BMCC Officer Thompson, indicating the items are destined for individual use or departmental allocation at the correctional facility. The contract award does not specify a performance period, suggesting this may be a one-time transactional purchase rather than a service contract extending over a defined term. No annual value separate from the cumulative contract value is indicated in the available documentation.
