The University of Mary Washington in Virginia awarded contract PCO05463495 to Professional Lock & Key for lock rekeying services. The contract, executed on September 8, 2026, encompasses two separate rekeying projects totaling $270 in cumulative value. The first service involved rekeying Westmoreland 115 on August 20, 2026, following a lost student key incident, invoiced at $105. The second service addressed a lost student key situation at University of Mary Washington Apartments 1032, completed on August 24, 2026, and invoiced at $165. Both deliverables were directed to Pamela Carter.

Professional Lock & Key provided emergency lock rekeying services at two campus locations within an eight-day performance window in August 2026. These services were necessary responses to security concerns stemming from lost access keys, and were procured to maintain residential facility security integrity. The contract represents a low-value, transactional procurement for emergency facility services.
