Ellipse Softy Pen with Stylus - Metal pen with rubberized soft touch, dark red and silver, blue… and 1 more item

Scoville Specialties Inc has been awarded a contract by the University of Mary Washington in Virginia with a cumulative value of $374. The award was made on September 4, 2026. The primary deliverable under this contract consists of 350 Ellipse Softy Pens with Stylus featuring metal construction, rubberized soft-touch coating, dark red and silver coloring, and blue medium ballpoint ink. Each pen includes one-location laser engraving with the institutional marking "Making our mark at Mary Washington since 1908." The unit price for the pens is $1.07 each. Delivery is designated to Douglas Noble.

The contract also includes shipping as a separate line item. No specific contract performance period is referenced in the available documentation. The pens serve as promotional or institutional merchandise for the University of Mary Washington, with the engraving indicating the university's founding year of 1908. The relatively modest contract value and nature of the deliverables suggest this procurement supports the institution's marketing, alumni relations, or internal distribution needs.
