Item J3 VHB NAMEBAR GOLD "CUTLIP" and 4 more items

Central Virginia Community College has awarded a contract to Town Police Supply for the procurement of law enforcement insignia and identification accessories. The contract, awarded on September 3, 2026, carries a cumulative value of $86.00 and encompasses the delivery of four distinct line items: one gold VHB namebar, one silver VHB namebar, two large gold sergeant insignia badges with clutch backs, and two large silver corporal insignia badges with clutch backs. All materials are to be delivered to Lori Minter, with shipping costs of $20.00 included in the total contract value.

This award represents a small-value procurement of uniform and identification components for what appears to be law enforcement personnel associated with Central Virginia Community College. The contract was issued to the prime contractor Town Police Supply in Virginia, with all deliverables designated for receipt by the specified individual. Given the specialized nature of the insignia and nameplate items procured, the materials support rank identification and personnel identification requirements consistent with standard law enforcement or security operations.
