Blanket Order for Sonny Merryman/Labor and 1 more item

Sonny Merryman Inc. has been awarded a blanket order contract by Reynolds Community College in Virginia, effective September 2, 2026. The contract encompasses two line items with a cumulative value of $8,000.00. The first line item covers labor services under a blanket order arrangement, with a quantity of 4,000 units at a unit price of $1.00 each. The second line item addresses parts procurement, also structured as a blanket order with an identical quantity of 4,000 units and unit price of $1.00 each. Both line items are designated for delivery to Sue Game.

This contract establishes a framework for ongoing procurement of labor and parts services to support Reynolds Community College's operational requirements. The blanket order structure provides flexibility for the contracting organization to issue individual task orders against established pricing throughout the performance period. With a total contract value of $8,000.00 split evenly between labor and parts, this arrangement enables the college to access Sonny Merryman Inc.'s services on an as-needed basis while maintaining cost certainty through pre-negotiated unit pricing.
