The Virginia Department of Health has awarded contract PCO05459051 to Best Promotional Products & Apparel, LLC for the provision of promotional stress relief products. The contract, executed on September 2, 2026, carries a cumulative value of $244 and is being performed for delivery to the department's Public Opinion Poll (POP) Health Department, with materials directed to Liza de la Cruz. The three line items comprising this award include bulk stress balls marketed for employee appreciation and office relief, mini foam face squeeze balls for anxiety relief purposes, and colorful emotion-themed foam balls suitable for workplace stress management and promotional distribution.

The awarded products total four units across three distinct line items, with individual unit prices ranging from $55 to $72. This procurement represents a small-value purchase order for workplace wellness and employee recognition materials. No specific period of performance, annual value, or contract duration has been specified in the award documentation beyond the execution date of September 2, 2026. The relatively modest contract value and nature of goods indicate this is a promotional procurement supporting internal departmental employee appreciation and stress management initiatives.
