Thompson Hospitality Services LLC was awarded a contract by Virginia State University on September 2, 2026, for the provision of meal and beverage services. The contract is valued at five hundred fifty-five dollars ($555). The line items enumerate delivery of 45 meals at $9.45 per unit and 45 units of water at $2.89 per unit, with all deliveries directed to the Receiving Department. The cumulative contract value reflects these specified quantities and unit pricing for the food and beverage components of the award.

The contract documents indicate a performance location at Virginia State University's receiving facility in Virginia. While the contract award documentation does not explicitly specify a formal period of performance or contract duration, the line item structure and unit-based pricing suggest a discrete delivery requirement rather than an ongoing service engagement. The modest contract value and itemized nature of the delivery requirements indicate this represents a limited-scope food service procurement by the university.
