PB paraclete kwiq plate rack. Bottom loading plate pockets, molle webbing, ID panels front & back… and 1 more item

The Commonwealth of Virginia awarded contract PCO05452764 to Town Police Supply on August 27, 2026, for the procurement of tactical equipment for State Farm Correctional Center. The cumulative contract value totals $2,024.96. Equipment will be delivered to Beaumont Correctional Center (BMCC), attention Officer Thompson, for issuance to Sergeant Losego. The contract encompasses two line items: one PB Paraclete KWIQ Plate Rack featuring bottom-loading plate pockets, MOLLE webbing, identification panels on front and back, and a back drag strap (quantity: 1 unit at $361.76); and two PB 10x12 Shooters Cut Plates (quantity: 2 units at $831.60 each).

No specific performance period is indicated in the contract documentation provided. The relatively modest cumulative value and specific recipient designation suggest this represents a direct equipment procurement for a correctional facility rather than an ongoing service contract. The line items indicate standard-issue law enforcement body armor components, consistent with operational equipment requirements for correctional personnel.
