Oil filter and 6 more items

Richard Bland College in Virginia awarded contract PCO05450939 to Uncle Leo's Auto Care on August 25, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $106.00. The contract encompasses automotive maintenance and servicing materials and labor, with all deliveries directed to Jenna Castricone. The line items include one oil filter, synthetic blend motor oil (in both single-quart and five-quart quantities), shop supplies, a synthetic blend oil change service, a Virginia state vehicle inspection, and an environmental disposal charge.

The contract represents a single transaction for vehicle maintenance services rather than an ongoing service agreement. Uncle Leo's Auto Care will supply and install components including filtration and lubricant products, provide labor for the oil change service, facilitate state inspection compliance, and process associated environmental fees. The specific period of performance is not detailed in the contract documentation provided, though the award date of August 25, 2026, establishes the transaction initiation point.
