(1) 4913 Notary stamp Elizabeth Jones Notary Public Commonwealth of Virginia Registration No… and 1 more item

The Virginia Department of Health awarded a contract to Rodzina Industries Inc. on August 24, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $17.00. The contract encompasses two distinct line items for delivery to Jeff Dixon. The primary deliverable is a notary stamp associated with Elizabeth Jones, a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia with Registration No. 00402948, whose commission remains valid through December 31, 2030. This notary stamp is priced at $11.45 per unit with a quantity of one.

The second line item covers transportation of goods and other freight services valued at $6.00 per unit, also with a quantity of one. Both items are specified for delivery to Jeff Dixon. The contract award documentation does not specify an explicit performance period, annual value, or total contract amount distinct from the cumulative value stated. Given the minimal contract value and discrete nature of the deliverables, this appears to be a purchase order for a single notary stamp and associated freight delivery services.
