James Madison University awarded a contract to Lowe's Home Centers LLC under procurement number PCO05439462 on August 13, 2026. The contract is valued at $1,547.00 and represents a procurement by a Virginia state organization. While specific details regarding the scope of work, period of performance, and place of performance are not provided in the available documentation, the contractor's business classification as a home improvement retailer suggests the contract likely involves the supply of materials, equipment, or related services for university facilities or maintenance operations.

Additional contract specifications, including the detailed statement of work, delivery schedules, and performance metrics, would be necessary to provide a comprehensive understanding of the deliverables and service requirements under this agreement. The relatively modest contract value indicates this award may represent a single purchase order or limited-scope supply agreement rather than a comprehensive service contract.
