Catering services - Construction Contractor Series Session 5; August 4, 2026; Midlothian…

The Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity in Virginia awarded contract PCO05426664 to DCains Catering on August 3, 2026, for the provision of catering services. The contract carries a cumulative value of $975 and encompasses a single line item for catering support related to a Construction Contractor Series Session 5 event. The event is scheduled for August 4, 2026, at Midlothian Library, located at 100 Millworks Crossing, Midlothian, Virginia 23114, with delivery to Kelly Fraser.

The contract structure indicates a one-time service engagement with a unit price of $975 for the specified catering event. No explicit contract duration or annual value metrics are documented in the award materials, suggesting this represents a discrete, single-event procurement rather than an ongoing service agreement. The modest contract value and event-specific scope indicate this is a limited engagement focused on food and beverage services for the designated training or professional development session.
