Addition of 5 readers to DEQ's InsideEPA publication license for 5 periodicals: -InsideEPA -Inside…

The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) awarded a contract to Inside Washington Publishers under award number PCO05419016 on July 24, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $1,187.50. The prime contractor will provide five additional reader licenses to DEQ's subscription to Inside Washington Publishers' periodicals, including InsideEPA, Inside PFAS Policy, Inside AI Policy, Clean Air Report, and Water Policy Report. The deliverable consists of a single unit encompassing all five publication licenses, with materials to be delivered electronically to Trisha Beasley at the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.

This contract represents a subscription expansion enabling increased access to specialized environmental policy publications across multiple focus areas including Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) compliance, Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) policy, artificial intelligence policy, air quality regulations, and water policy developments. The contract structure indicates a one-time addition of reader seats rather than an ongoing service, with the unit price of $1,187.50 reflecting the total cost for enabling five additional simultaneous users across the publication suite.
