The Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice awarded a contract to VCE-VA Correctional Enterprises-GovCE All Orders on July 9, 2026, for printing services related to training materials. The contract is valued at $25,000 and is designated as a price quote arrangement, whereby the vendor will provide individual quotes for each set of materials requested by the contracting organization. These quotes will be uploaded to the VCE File Transfer Protocol website and included with corresponding invoices for processing and payment.

Materials will be delivered to the Department of Juvenile Justice Training Unit under this single-lot contract award. The specific period of performance is not fully specified in the available contract documentation. As a cooperative purchasing agreement vehicle, this contract structure allows the department to request printing services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period, with pricing to be determined at the time of each individual order rather than through fixed unit rates established at contract inception.
