Eastern Shore Community College in Virginia awarded a contract to International Education Evaluations (IEE) effective July 2, 2026, with a cumulative value of $1,200.00. The contract establishes a blanket purchase order mechanism for credential evaluation and translation services. IEE will provide evaluation services for international high school diplomas at $80 per evaluation and document translation services at $40 per page. The contract is designed to accommodate the College's recurring procurement needs, with anticipated utilization of three to four monthly purchase orders over the two-month performance period.

Services will be delivered to Katharine E. Dean at Eastern Shore Community College. The $1,200.00 cumulative value reflects the College's estimated consumption pattern, with typical individual orders valued at $120.00. This blanket order structure allows the College to efficiently manage repetitive purchases from IEE without requiring individual procurement actions for each credential evaluation or translation requirement during the contract period.
