Contract PCO05385764

Gordon Food Service was awarded a contract by Southwestern Virginia Mental Health Institute on June 18, 2026, to provide weekly grocery delivery services. The contract, identified as PCO05385764, carries a cumulative value of $3,498.20 and encompasses three line items for delivery to Pam Howell at the contracting organization. The deliveries are designated for Event Validity confirmation purposes only, with individual line item unit prices of $3,416.95, $28.65, and $52.60, respectively.

The contract is executed within the Commonwealth of Virginia and represents a procurement of food service supplies through the designated prime contractor. While specific contract period dates beyond the award date of June 18, 2026, are not provided in the documentation, the weekly delivery structure and itemized pricing indicate routine, recurring procurement activity. The modest cumulative contract value and line item structure suggest this represents either an initial delivery order or a limited-scope supply agreement with Southwestern Virginia Mental Health Institute.
