Richard Bland College in Virginia awarded contract PCO04403715-V4 to Edwards Business Machines Inc on July 28, 2026, for the provision of multifunction imaging equipment and related services. The contract encompasses a 36-month lease of Canon C250i color document copier-printer units with maintenance included under option 11a. The equipment will be delivered to Angela Chambliss and includes a monthly allowance of 6,000 pages (72,000 annually) at $0.08 per page for standard black and white copies and $0.04 per page for color copies. The base lease cost is valued at $186.01 per unit for 36 units over the contract period.

The cumulative contract value totals $9,596.36, which includes the base equipment lease costs and an estimated allowance of $2,900 for anticipated overage charges and color copy usage beyond the included monthly allocation. This provision enables Richard Bland College to manage predictable costs while accommodating variable copying and printing demands throughout the 36-month performance period.
