While the contract value suggests a partial month billing or final invoice reconciliation, the specific period of performance beyond July is not detailed in the documentation provided. Performance took place in Virginia, with Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University serving as the contracting organization. The minimal contract value indicates this award may represent a final invoice adjustment or closing transaction rather than a comprehensive service engagement.
