The Virginia Department of Social Services awarded contract PO05408811 to Skyline CAP Inc on July 15, 2026, for a cumulative contract value of $214,499.00. The contract encompasses personnel and operational support services, with deliverables directed to Corey Bruce. The contract structure includes four primary cost categories: salaries totaling $152,078.75, employee benefits of $34,386.46, training and travel expenses of $55.66, and indirect costs under de minimis allocation of $27,978.13.

This award represents a personnel-intensive arrangement, as evidenced by the substantial allocation to salary and benefits costs, which collectively account for approximately 87 percent of the total contract value. The minimal training and travel allocation suggests limited travel requirements or training development within the scope of work. The contract's structure indicates support for staff resources within the Virginia Department of Social Services' operations, though the specific program area or functional responsibilities cannot be definitively determined from the available contract documentation.
