Water,bottle purified,5 gallon and 1 more item

The University of Mary Washington awarded contract PCO05387578 to TSRC Inc - UMW on June 22, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $87.00. The contract is for the supply and delivery of office and facility products to support university operations in Virginia. The line items include three units of five-gallon purified water bottles and two At-A-Glance Academic Weekly Appointment Books (Julian Dates, 14-month edition covering July 2026 through August 2027). Both deliveries are designated for Mary Bullock.

The contract represents a straightforward procurement of consumable supplies and office equipment. The purified water is priced at $9.95 per unit, while the academic appointment books are priced at $28.91 each. As a state and local contract award within Virginia, this procurement falls under the University of Mary Washington's purchasing authority. The modest contract value and item specificity indicate this is a routine operational supply order rather than a major service delivery engagement.
