Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. was awarded a contract by the City of Portsmouth, Virginia on June 5, 2026, under contract number PO05374270. The prime contractor will deliver Job Order Contracting (JOC) services, a flexible procurement mechanism that enables the city to execute construction and related work orders on an as-needed basis. The contract carries a cumulative value of $214,193.36, representing a single line item award with a unit price of $214,193.36.

The contract structure reflects a typical Job Order Contracting arrangement wherein the contractor provides pre-priced task catalogs and pricing schedules to facilitate rapid deployment of construction services for the city's various maintenance, repair, and minor capital improvement needs. While the materials provided do not specify an explicit period of performance or identified place of performance beyond the City of Portsmouth, the JOC vehicle establishes the contractor as the designated provider for qualifying work within the municipality's purview during the contractual term.
