BIC ROUND STIC - Ball Point Pen(Style: 1217 - Blue Ink / Medium Point (w/o grip) [5400379]) and 2 more items

VA Industries F T Blind has been awarded a contract by Laurel Ridge Community College in Virginia under contract number PO05446231, effective August 20, 2026. The contract value totals $56.00 and covers the delivery of office supplies to Winona Jenkins. The line items include two VISTA blue highlighters (Unit Price: $12.49 each), four BIC Round Stic ball point pens with blue ink and medium point (Unit Price: $3.90 each), and four BIC Round Stic ball point pens with black ink and medium point (Unit Price: $3.90 each).

The contract represents a purchase of standard office supplies for institutional use. All items are designated for delivery to the same recipient, indicating a consolidated procurement for a single end user or department within Laurel Ridge Community College. The modest contract value and limited scope of products suggest this is a routine procurement of consumable supplies rather than a comprehensive supply agreement.
