On August 28, 2026, Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center, a Virginia state entity, awarded contract PO05455209 to VCE-VA Correctional Enterprises (Virginia Correctional Enterprises) – All Orders. The contract carries a cumulative value of $340. As a Virginia Correctional Enterprises contract vehicle, this award represents a procurement through the state's correctional industries program, which produces goods and services utilizing inmate labor in state correctional facilities.

While specific details regarding the products or services to be delivered, the exact period of performance, and the designated place of performance are not provided in the source documentation, the contract structure indicates this is likely a standing purchase order arrangement for goods or services produced by Virginia's correctional enterprises system. The minimal contract value of $340 suggests either a small initial order or a unit price arrangement under a broader indefinite-delivery contract framework. Additional procurement documentation would be required to identify the specific commodities or services encompassed within this purchase order.
