Digital Works DOC 500 Transportation Logbook and 1 more item

The Virginia Division of Community Corrections awarded contract PCO05451943 to VCE-VA Correctional Enterprises (GOVCE All Orders) on August 26, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $218.00. The contract encompasses the procurement of Digital Works transportation logbooks in two configurations, with delivery designated to Shelby Compton. Specifically, the award includes three units of Digital Works DOC 500 Transportation Logbooks at a unit price of $48.29 each, and two units of Digital Works DOC 300 Transportation Logbooks at a unit price of $36.67 each.

This procurement represents a supplies acquisition by Virginia's correctional authority, with VCE-VA Correctional Enterprises serving as the prime contractor. The contract documents do not specify an explicit period of performance, annual value, or overall contract amount distinct from the cumulative value. The modest contract value and item-specific quantities indicate this represents a discrete purchase order for transportation documentation materials required by the state's community corrections operations.
